2.4 Track Workshop: Focus Group

We proceeded to craft our focus group discussion details and carried it out.

We decided to do a focus group discussion with 5–8 participants who are working in different industries, to ensure that we get a variety of insights into different working arrangements and how the participants cope with them. As such we came up with the demographic requirements for the participants.
